SPEAR has employees and offices in U.S.A, Middle East and Africa. The company principles collected a unique experience starting with their employments in Iraqi theatre in 2003 as executives of subcontractors for the US Military and DOD contractors.

In 2017, SPEAR has established a stronghold in the U.S.A by starting a company in Florida. This location places us in a convenient position for rapid response to our current targeted markets of Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Black & Caspian Seas.
